Description
My Camera, My World is one of many projects by Empowerment International with the goal of keeping kids off the streets and expand their horizons via art and business skills. This is a single room gallery, that has around 35 framed stunning photos taken by kids from ages 11 to 19 years old. There is an opportunity to purchase some of these photos.
In addtion, the gallery has prints of the hung photos for sale, both here and people can also order them online. The prints can be sent directly to their home via sponsor Smugmug (an online photo service), no matter if the costumer is from Europe or North America.
Getting There
The Gallery is in module 9 in Plaza Inmaculada building, wich is located near the city entrance from Masaya road. From the traffic light at this city entrance, continue East for 2 and a half block until you reach the La Colonia Supermarket, and next to it My Camera My World Gallery.
