Great hotel, beautiful arrangement, excellent service and above all...can't forget the "helado de zapote" it was absolutely to die for....

El Convento is beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff is lovely. It is located a just a few blocks from the main park and grocery store. It is a little more expensive than some of the other places, but it is worth it. There are gorgeous antiques all over the hotel, and when the rain falls the courtyard is simply amazing!
