Best place in the nicest town of Nicaragua

One of the best places we have stayed in Nicaragua! It is simple yet beautiful, has a nice inner garden with tables where you can relax. Rooms are basic but very tidy, clean and comfortable. The wifi is very good and there are bathrooms and showers close to all the rooms.
The best part about it is Carlos, the owner of the place. He is the nicest, most knowledgeable, smart and helpful person we have met in Nicaragua. He speaks perfect English, but we prefer to practice our Spanish with him. He is very patient and would be a great Spanish teacher as he tells you the correct way of saying stuff if you made a mistake. I recommend this place to everyone, who wants to have a nice time in a very nice and very safe town, in the middle of all destinations in this country.

Great stay, the owner is super helpful !!!

The owner helped us for all the exvusrions we wanted to do, taking the to explain us and describing the different options, even if it wasn't at his advantage !
The price is really cheap : 5$/pers for a private room !
Rooms are clean, with towels and soap. The patio is nice and the WiFi is fast !
The situation is good, close to the central park and to the buses Managua Granada.
Definitely a great experience !

Fue una experiencia bella ya que se puede descansar tranquilamente y con un comfort asegurado. su ubicación es de gran importancia ya que se encuentra en los negocios turisticos y economicos mas representativos de masaya!!!

Cynthia & Simon: The price is really good, but you get what you paid for, the bed was not really comfortable but the room was clean. Their was a funny smell, like mold in the room. We were keeping the door open at night because it was way too hot in the room. Altought the location is really nice but you gotta to know where your going because the sign by the door is tiny !

Hilary: A great place to stay. Comfortable, clean and right in the centre of town. Carlos and his family provide great breakfasts and can give advice in Spanish or English about places to visit nearby or routes for onward travel.
Highly recommended.
