Description
The Villas at Apoyo are situated in a fairly remote area of the Apoyo Lagoon. This strategic location keeps visitors away from hustle of the cities. The only sounds are the ones coming from tropical birds and howler monkeys.
The hotel features one, two and three bedroom villas and apartments to accommodate either large or small groups. Since the hotel is situated in the Nicaraguan dry tropical forest, guests will be right at the home of Howler monkeys and a wide variety of tropical birds.
From the poolside restaurant, guests have panoramic views of the lagoon. One can also rent a bike to explore the surroundings and kayaks or sailboats in case they want to be on the water. Visitors are welcomed to try a hand at the Five Station Low Ropes Challenge Course or play a game of billiards in the game room.
It is worth mentioning that the staff provides two daily shuttles to Granada, one of the oldest colonial cities of the Americas. Their team will be more than willing to give advice on places to go and things to do in this national destination.

Not so luxury as it seems from the website o the number of $ signs by the name. No warm water, bugs in bed, seems a bit dilapidated. Restaurant service amazingly slow, overpriced.
