Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Without Penalty:
Refunds cannot be given under any circumstances. Cancellations made before 24 hours (condos) and 48 hours (houses) prior to the expected date of arrival are 100% transferable to another available date. This does not include holidays (cancellation or transfer).
FOR HOLIDAYS Christmas, New Year's Eve, Holy Week (Apr 13, 2014 - Apr 20, 2014) and National Festivities (Sept 14, 2014 - Sept 15, 2014), any reservation made will only be accepted if the client agrees to deposit the total amount or provides the credit card information after the reservation confirmation. Cancellation Penalties:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours (condos) or 48 hours (houses) before arrival, 100% of the value of the booking will be charged.
In case of no-use of the reserved service, 100% of the value of the booking will be charged. In this case the amount is not refundable or transferable.
