Tierra Tour is an excellent company. We used them for 3 tours in Granada last year (volcano hiking, zip line, and overnight in Ometepe). Excellent guides, transportation arrived on time at our hotel (a little early actually). And you pay after the tour.
We will use them again in Leon in December. They respond to emails quickly -- within a few hours.
