Description

Quetzaltrekkers is a non-profit, volunteer organization offering adventurous hikes to volcanoes in the surrounding areas of León, Nicaragua. All profits are donated to locally-run projects that support at risk children around León. Quetzaltrekkers Nicaragua (QT) was founded in 2004, with the mission, “Hike volcanoes. Help kids.”

The goal of QT is to provide safe, organized, informative, and enjoyable trips. All their hikes include purified water, meals, snacks, transport, park entrance, equipment, and a QT T-shirt at the end.
