Zopango is a beautifully and well preserved private island (with more than 6000 sq. meters of luxurious vegetation) with a unique natural environment and incredible views of Mombacho Volcano and the Bay. Zopango invites you to enjoy unforgettable moments of relaxation, swimming and birdwatching!
This island has the largest beach area of all the archipelago (200 sq. meters)!
You'll have easy access to the calm waters of Bahia de Asese (Lake Cocibolca), enjoy a delicious fish barbecue for lunch and have the possibility to go kayaking as much as you want in the surroundings of the island.
NicarAgua Dulce has taken the decision to preserve the natural state of the island and, at the same time, make it as comfortable as possible so you can enjoy a real tropical paradise where orchids, exotic birds, turtles and beautiful trees live in perfect harmony.
This a very nice option for families, couples and birds & photography lovers!
Note
-Backpack or handgab of clients will be brought by boat to Zopango Island, and will be there before clients arriving to the island.

-Departure in Kayak (approximately 2 1/2 hours to get to Zopango island from the Marina Cocibolca) with local islander guide (spanish speaking only).
-Waterproof bag for camera or small personal items.
-Fish BBQ + island-made fruit juices, fruits of the season & coffee.
-Activities in Zopango: kayak as much as you want in the surroundings, birdwatch, walk around the island, swim in calm and warm waters, and relax on beach deckchairs or colorful hammocks!
-Return from the Island at 4pm. Boat direct conection (20 minutes) to Marina Cocibolca. Arriving to Granada at 4.35pm.
Tips and Practical Information
It is recommended to bring sunscreen, a hat, a bathing suit and a towel.

Cancellation Without Penalty:
Cancellations made at least 6 days before the day of the tour will not incur any penalties.
Cancellation Penalties:
Cancellations made 5 or 4 days before the tour day will be penalized with 50% of the reservation's total amount. If a cancellation is made 3 or less day before the tour day, or if the clients do not use the service ranged for him/her after a confirmed reservation, the 100% of the reservation's total amount will be charged.
