The blue and white flags wave freely during September on every street and public sites of Nicaragua. Solentiname Tours propose some activities to actively celebrate the month of our motherland. For three days you can explore the national tropical forest and observe toucans, sloths, alligators, white herons, iguanas and monkeys. Also, you can have boat trips or take pictures of the majestic landscapes and understand how human beings are only a little part of this immense ecosystem around us.
Day 1: San Carlos – Solentiname
-Arrival to San Carlos from Managua. In San Carlos you will have free time for lunch and exploration.
-2:30 PM: Departure from the dock next to the Alejandro Guevara Silva building in San Carlos. Transfer in private boat to Solentiname.
-3:30 PM: Arrival to Solentiname Archipelago.
-Lodging in Hotel Mancarrón.
-Dinner Included.
Day 2: Solentiname
-Breakfast
-Visit to “El Refugio” Community. Get a closer approach to artisan families that elaborate colorful handicraft pieces.
Optional Tour
-7:30 AM: Visit to Los Guatuzos Wildlife Refuge where you can observe flora and fauna (alligators, monkeys, birds, among others) or walking through hanging bridges.
-1 PM: Return to Solentiname, lunch.
-3 PM: Tour around other near islands to know its people lifestyle and naïve art.
-5 PM: Return to Hotel Mancarrón
-Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Day 3: Solentiname – San Carlos

Cancellation Without Penalty:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the day of arrival will not incur any penalties.
Cancellation Penalties:
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours before arrival day will be charged % percents besides the initial payment if the reservation is cancelled:
30 to 15 days before: 25%
14 to 8 days before: 50%
7 to 4 days before: 75%
Less than 4 days or in case of no-use of the reserved service: 100%
