Description
Rather slender, with long blackish tail. Pale brownish gray above with dusky patch through eye; wings blackish with two white bars; tail blackish tipped white; whitish below. Immature browner above and buffier below but still easily recognizable.Are characterized by imitating sounds of animals and work in team, especially when they feel attacked by a predator.
Habitat
Especially fond of areas where extensive lawns are maintained.Habits and Behavior
It is noisy, conspicuous, and aggressive.Their song is a series of various notes and phrases, without tendency to repeat a phrase several times, and with more churring notes; there seems to be no tendency to imitate other birds.
They mainly eat insects, berries and seeds.
