cannot see it, it is a poor photograph, I saw a comment by someone that was unable to see a snake but the picture was not so bad at lease it was 90% better then this one.
I am unsure of how it looks.

The animal in the picture is an older individual and probably has a skin disease, which is why his upper part is hairless.
