Cancellation Without Penalty:
Cancellations made 24 hours before the day of arrival will not incur any penalties.

Cancellation Penalties:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours before the day of arrival will be charged 50% of the cost of the first night. In case of no-use of the reserved service, the total cost of the first night will be charged.
