Cancellation Without Penalty:
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the day of arrival will not incur any penalties.

Cancellation Penalties:
Cancellations made with less than 14 days before arrival day will be charged the total cost of the reservation. In case of no-use of the reserved service, the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
