Cancellation Without Penalty:
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the day of arrival will not incur any penalties.

Cancellation Penalties:
-Cancellations made with less than 7 days before arrival day will be charged the cost of the first night. In case of no-use of the reserved service, the cost of the first night will be charged.
-Journey reschedule and a new booking at the hotel after a late cancellation will be charged the 50% of the room rate for the first night to compensate the previous cancellation charges.
