Cancellation Without Penalty:
Cancellations or reservation changes made 1 week before check in and sent in writing to the hotel will not incur any penalties.

Cancellation Penalties:
Cancellations or reservation changes made with less than 1 week before check in will be charged the cost of the first night. In case of no-use of the reserved service, the cost of the first night will be charged.
