Cancellation Without Penalty:
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the day of arrival will not incur any penalties.

Cancellation Penalties:
Cancellations made with less than 72 hours before arrival day will be charged the cost of the first night.
In case of no-use of the reserved service, the cost of the first night will be charged.
