Cancellation without Penalty:
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the day of arrival will not incur any penalties.

Cancellation Penalties:
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival day will incur a :
14 to 8 days (50%)
7-4 days (25%)
3 days or less (75%)
In case of no-use of the reserved service or no-show, first night will be charged. These amounts are in addition to the 10% non-refundable previously paid to ensure this reservation.
