Cancellation without Penalty:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the day of arrival will not incur any penalties.

Cancellation Penalties:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the arrival day will be charged the amount of the first night. In case of no-use of the reserved service or no-show, first night will be charged. These amounts are in addition to the 10% non-refundable previously paid to ensure this reservation.
