Cancellation Without Penalty:
Cancellations made at 31 days before the day of arrival will not incur any penalties.

Cancellation Penalties:
Cancellations made with less than 31 days before arrival day, the following percentages will be charged, besides the initial payment if the reservation is cancelled:

30 days to 24 hours beforehand: 25%
24 - 0 hours beforehand: 50%
In case of no-use of the reserved service: 100%
