A new Beach Hotel starts in August

A new Beach Hotel called Gran Pacífica with three floors and more than 20 rooms will be opened at the pacific coast of Nicaragua.The Condo-Hotel is located at Villa El Carmen, 60 kilmetres from Managua and it is part of a big tourist development. Some North Americans started to acquire their own residencies at the beach, used for summer vacations or permanent residencies for retired people.
