Rompe Esqueleto Festival: La Cuneta, Milly and Caribbean Taste
Roger Solorzano | Oct 10, 2016
A dancing night powered by most popular national bands.
La Cuneta Son Machin and Milly Majuc will perform together during a special concert designed to make you dance. This will be the Second Rompe Esqueleto Festival (breaking skeleton), organized by SaXo Producciones. It will be held on Friday, Oct 14 in Managua, at Metrocentro Mall. This time, Caribbean Taste band will join the stage.
Currently, it is unusual to have together La Cuneta and Milly in the same concert. Both are the most popular bands with dancing music production, and have the best attended concerts in town. Because of that, organizers make this event; in order to gift the public with a dancing ambiance, where people will enjoy music and an excitement occasion, said Salvador Espinoza from SaXo.
During this festival, Carribean Taste band coming from Bluefields city will contribute with palo de mayo (Nicaraguan maypole carribean music), soca and calypso. These rhythms will join the cumbia-rock chinamera by La Cuneta, and the popol rock (reggae, rock, ska fusion) by Milly. In addition, the event will be opened by Dj Oso Cumbiero (aka Luigi Bridges).
The festival will take place at Southeast exterior parking area at Metrocentro mall, starting at 8 PM. Geenral cover is C$200. It is possible to get a pre-sale rate at C$130, or even C$100 for Metrocentro and Atomic Pizza customers (presenting invoice printed from Sep 30 to Oct 13). Several raffle dynamics are taking place through social media. For more info, visit https://www.facebook.com/ProduccionSaXo
