This morning, Friday, November 25th, at 7AM, the Cocibolca Foundation has reported that 14,388 turtles have arrived since the arribada started. More turtles are expected to come in the following days.At the same time, the baby turtles are also coming out of their eggs. This started November 17th, and so far 3,020 nests have hatched, with a total of 181,200 baby turtles coming out of their eggs.
Both events, the turtle arrivals and the egg hatching, are expected to continue during the weekend.
