2009 INCAE Pan-American Festival

Cinthia MembreñoArt expositions, concerts, equestrian exhibitions and traditional costume parades are some of the activities that will be part of a new edition of the 2009 INCAE Pan-American Festival. The event will take place on April, Saturday 25 and 26 at Francisco de Sola campus of INCAE, situated in the department of Managua.
According to information given by Ingrid Reyes, member of the Department of Student Life of INCAE, one of the objectives of the festival is showing the public the cultural diversity Latin American countries have. Also, the event which is also called INCAFEST, has the goal of collecting funds to help 5 schools located in the department of Jinotega and supporting INCAE's scholarship fund named "Join the 1, 000 project".
INCAFEST 2009 will also have the presence of stands from 11 countries such as Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, España, Colombia, Bolivia, Ecuador, Honduras, Panamá y Perú. They will offer food, drinks and traditional alcoholic beverages from their countries. In addition, there will be a lot of activities for kids.
The entrance for the festival cost C$100 and free for kids under 12 years old. If attendees get to the place after 6:00 pm, the cost will be C$150. For more information about the activities go to our Events Calendar.
