Summer Expo Fair 2012

If you still don't know where to go this Holy Week or if you want to know which is the touristic offer in Nicaragua for this summer, you can visit the Summer Expo Fair 2012. This event is organized by the Nicaraguan Tourism Board (INTUR) and it will take place in Plaza Maya of Plaza Inter -Managua- this March 3 and 4. In this fair will be around 130 national touristic suppliers.

Karla Hammond is the National Promotion coordinator of INUTR, and she explains that this fair is also a family event that starts at 11 o' clock of the morning -Saturday and Sunday- and at 5 o' clock of the afternoon the visitors will be able to enjoy a cultural act. On Saturday 3, the ones in charge of the cultural performance will be: Staccato Group with Keyla Rodríguez, DJ Revuelta Sonora and folkloric ballet Macehuatl. Also, you will be able to enjoy a runway show by the designer Vicente Calderón.

The propose of INTUR with the this Fair is to promote the national touristic offer for this summer. Among the suppliers there is a mix of hotels, restaurants and touroperators from all over the country. With their presence you will have the opportunity to make reservations for the Holy Week. Moreover, the beneficiaries from the program "Destinos con Sabor" will be present at the Plaza Maya.

This event ends on Sunday, March 4. On this day, the groups in charge of the cultural space are: Philip Moltalban, the Marimba Hijos del Son and High Dance. They will present their talent from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. In this two days, you can gather all the information you want and search for places of interest so you can have the greatest and relaxing vacations for this Holy Week in this beautiful country.
