The artist Fabrizio Galli, president of the Builders Association of Viareggio Carnival Cars (Italy), developed a mobile carriage that will be the novelty of this year in San Carlos. His return follows an agreement signed between the Italian carnival, INTUR and presentations to enhance the ability of local and Nicaraguan builders, who received training.
"I am very impressed with the colors and nature of Nicaragua, very different from my country", Galli said, adding that it has inspired and dedicated to a car to Nicaragua for the next Carnival of Viareggio, in 2013, its 140th anniversary. The artist said he would propose a partnership between the Italian city and San Carlos. He said that carnival is characterized by building the world's greatest carriages, with structures of 20 meters high and 15 long, and a platform capacity for 300 dancers.
