Peruvian Gastronomic Week in Managua

Lunch and dinner with autochthonous dishes from the traditional and novoandina Peruvian food.
Traditional dishes from the Peruvian culture will be offered for lunch and dinner at the Garden Court Restaurant, at Hilton Princess Hotel, starting today until Sunday December 16th. This is the "Peruvian Gastronomic Week", an event organized by the Embassy of Peru in association with this Hotel.
Two quality Peruvian chef are in charge of the menu: Jose Arias Fernández, specialist in local food of the Peruvian coast, and Ana Lucia Calderon, specialized in novoandina food. The lunch will be served at a buffets. The service schedule runs from noon until 3:00 pm. And the dinner schedule is from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The price of the service will be US$26, with a special discount of 25% for Banpro cardholders.
Throughout the week you can taste appetizers, salads, entrees, soups and desserts. And of course, the traditional fish ceviche and pisco will be included.
The event is part of an initiative between Nicaragua and Peru, for which the Andean country's embassy has organized the International Potato and Quigua Fair, the performance of the traditional Dance of the Scissors (presented tomorrow at the National Theatre), and the Peruvian Gastronomic Week.
