Lovely place, great view, great beach, great food. I little price - but not expensive.
BUT: the staff are the most fucked up people ever. I never met such rude persons ever - and add that to the fact that they are in the service business. The lied about the prices of their rooms and gave us hell when we refused to pay the extra. When we wnated to order food we got the look "why tha fuck to you disturb me". YOU have to UNBOOK dinner otherwise they will charge you for it. Its hard to me to understand why these people want to live in friendly Nicaragua at all.

Casa Iguana is a unique experience that I am glad I experienced. The place could use a little updating, and fortunately there are new owners who in a few short weeks are already making a difference. They have a very secluded location with a great beach, and the grounds are beautiful. Highly recommended.
