Worth every penny! I just spent 2 nights here with my husband and 3 kids (9, 7 and 4). We debated whether we should include the meals and we are SO glad we did - very large portions and deliciously prepared with nice variety: chicken, fish, beef, fresh fruits & juices etc.
Absolutely outstanding service by the whole team: Boris, Francisco, Esperanza & Jessica. Most likely a once in a lifetime opportunity to stay on our own tropical island and it met every expectation

Tous les amis qui ont suivi mon conseil en visitant El Roble , m 'ont remercie chaleureusement. Encore merci a Stephane pour avoir eu l'idee de monter ce projet au pied du Mombatcho,il y a quelques annees maintenant et a Boris pour nous recevoir chaque fois avec la meme bonne humeur et le sourire aux levres.

Very nice place, i've spent one week (including daily tours) and i have to say that this place is amazing, and I wish i could live there !! Special thank's to Stephane ( Nicadescanso director), who proposed me some fabulous daily trip (Laguna de Apoyo, Massaya, San Ruan del Sur, Islatas boat tour...). El Roble is a good opportunity to discover Nicaragua as we never could imagine !!! Playing the "Robinson Crusoe" is maybe one of my best tourism experience ! Thk's again. Bye Marc.

I spent a night in this Isle with my family. Impressive views in an amazing natural settings. But we experienced minor discomforts: electric light was cut off in the middle of the night, the battery powered plant in the island and generator where locked and the local help wasn't available on the cell phone provided, same for a locked room we couldn't open. Other than this, it was an awesome experience I want to re-live again.
