Nena Lodge & Tours is a familiar hotel located on the main street of the town of El Castillo, 5 minutes away from the wharf. The comfortable hotel is made completely out of wood and has a good atmosphere.

Rooms are comfortable, availables with shared or private bathroom. Prices include a traditional Nicaraguan breakfast, though it is also possible to reserve a room without the included breakfast.

Nena Lodge & Tours consists of two floors; the first floor is the house of the Obregón Bustos family, and the second floor is the hotel, from where you can see the historical monument Fortaleza La Inmaculada Concepción de El Castillo and the Río San Juan in all its splendor.

Tours to the trails of the Indio Maíz Natural Reserve, tours in typical wooden canoes, night tours for Cayman spotting and tours to Los Cocos Agroecological farm, which belongs to the hotel's owners, can be arranged at the hotel.
