Description

Established in 2008 as a traditional Caribbean restaurant --by the owner Nuria Dixon--,Queen Lobster has been recently renovated and is now a charming small hotel build over the Pearl Lagoon water. This privileged location guaranteed amazing panoramic views on the lagoon, and a close approach to the fishing daily activity and culture which historically characterizes the Nicaraguan Caribbean region.

Queen Lobster Hotel offer two lodging option: bungalows and hotel rooms. The bungalows are build on pillars over the lagoon water, right in front of the hotel main building. These are independent building made of bamboo and carrizo, and palm leaf roof. The bungalows have enough room for an entire family, private bathroom and a porch with hammocks to enjoy the view and the breeze. Breakfast is included in the lodging fee.

Next to the bungalow is the new part of the hotel. There are five rooms equipped with full or queen size beds, cable TV, air conditioned, private bathroom and a small balcony with hammocks to rest and appreciate the panorama.

• Guests can freely use the hotel kayaks.

The hotel has a common area where breakfast and dinner are served. This is an open place with a full view over the lagoon.

Queen Lobster has also a great experience offering quality tours with-in the region, including guided tours to the native communities and all inclusive tours to the Pearl Cays for one or more days.

The hotel is always a great base to enjoy deep experience in Pearl Lagoon, offering a close contact with the local cultural expression, which has their root in the lagoon's water.
