Ask several things before booking
Although in my booking I indicated three adults on check in the first thing the I was told was that they'd charge me extra for breakfast for the third. I asked them to double check but it would be ok if it did indicate only two people. I proceed to ask for the WiFi password (which is one of the features listed on this site and one of the reasons I chose the hotal) and was told it wasn't working at the moment. The woman's comment was 'well you know how Nicaragua is like, very slow'. The hotel overall was ok but the service being focused on nickle and dimes while making excuses I probably wouldn't stay here again.Sep 23, 2016
