Pine Leaves Handcrafts Tour
Description
The meeting point will be at the workshop 'Fuente de Pino'. A small talk will be given about the organization between two cooperatives: Altos de Ocotal and the women part of Fuente de Pino. These women create handicrafts with dry leaves of pine and threads. This is a method taught 20 years ago to another generation. Since then, the group of women has grown and has developed new techniques.
Tourists receive information about the origin of the material and how is gathered. The elaborated products can be seen, and instructions are given to proceed with the elaboration of a personal handicraft.
After the demonstration, tourist will have time to buy any other product elaborated by the women of the cooperative.

General Conditions Los Altos de Ocotal
Cancellation Without Penalty:
Cancellations made at leats 72 hours prior to tour day will not incur in any penalties.
Cancellation Penalties:
Cancellations made with less than 72 hours prior to tour day will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount. In case of no-use of the reserved service, 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged. These amounts will be additionals to the 10% reservation (no refundable) already payed to assure the booking.
