Horseback Riding to El Ventarron
Description
The tour begins on La Sabanita court, at the small town center of a rural area. The community is presented, as well as their lifestyle and efforts to preserve the environment. From here, the horseback riding journey starts to go directly to El Ventarrón.
A former stop is made once entering into the Masaya Volcano zone, to explain the characteristics of this rocky area. Also, and interpretation about the existing flora and fauna is made during the tour. The site is surrounded by rocks and has amazing view of the Masaya Volcano and El Ventarrón Cliff.
During the trip, a 80 years old Chilamate tree is founded and many reforested plots can be seen. The next destination is Las Pilas, a construction from mid-20th century, where information about the community will be given.
Preserved forests and agricultural crops can be observed due to the hard work of the community. We will reach the rancho of El Ventarrón Cooperative. From here the 'Eagle' made of volcanic stones can be appreciated. Tourists can rest the time they want and buy some tropical fruits at the rancho. Return to the court.
On the road the entrance to the volcanic caves are also found. This is an extra activity.

Cancellation Without Penalty:
Cancellations made at leats 48 hours prior to tour day will not incur in any penalties.
Cancellation Penalties:
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours prior to tour day will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount. In case of no-use of the reserved service, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged. These amounts will be additionals to the 10% reservation (no refundable) already payed to assure the booking.
