Turtle nesting at La Flor
Description
La Flor beach is a real turtle sanctuary. The massive arrivals of turtles at La Flor take place between July and January, especially in September and October. The arrivals are influenced by the moon phases, normally, the largest turtle arrivals occur somewhere around the first quarter and the last quarter. This will be an unforgettable experience.
The tour begins at San Juan del Sur in the afternoon. The transfer between the city and the reserve take place in a rural road surrounded by nature and grassland.
IMPORTANT note: the "arribadas" (massive arrivals) of turtles are not entirely predictable. It could happens that your reservation date for this tour is not withing the expected dates; or even, your date could be in the expected dates but the arribada wuld not take place (and just a few turtles could be seen). For your convenience, Servitour Travels & Tips will be in contact with the reserve, so if necessary they could propose to you another date, or cancel the tour refunding to you the reservation fee.

Cancellation Penalties:
Cancellations made with less than 1 month before arrival day, the following percentages will be charged, besides the initial payment if the reservation is cancelled:
30 days - 8 days: 25 %
7 days - 48 hours: 50 %
Less than 48 hours: 75%
In case of no-use of the reserved service: 100%
