Description

Aguas Agrias - La Nanda is an initiative of community-based rural tourism in Nandaime managed by an agricultural cooperative society handled by the same name. The cooperative has existed since 1992, but have started to publicize its tourism potential since 2005. They have 523 acres of land where you can hike and a visit the nearby lagoon.

The cooperative is usually engaged in agricultural activities like planting maize, beans, taro, cassava and platains for own consumption.
