Hotel Leticia is located in center area of San Rafael del Norte town, just 2 blocks away from central park. Attractions like the Church and the Tepeyac Center are really close to the hotel, as well as several restaurants. Not so far, at the exit of the town, you can reach the Canopy La Brellera, and also the El Jaguar nature reserve can be found on the surrounding.

Right in its reception this hotel has a small, yet growing and interesting attraction: a little historical museum, featuring pictures and a lot of information about famous local people, like Father Odorico D'Andrea, Blanca Arauz, Sandino, and several people from the community who has helped to improve San Rafael del Norte. There is also a display case featuring ancient artifacts and black pottery from the Jinotega region (which is also for sale). The museum collection is all the time growing thanks to donation from enthusiastic local people.

Every room has private bathroom, TV, and WiFi internet connection. There is also an independent apartement with kitchen, cooking utensils, fridge; it can lodge up to 4 people.
